What is SiMA?

Goods receipt for purchase orders
Scan the box label and SiMA finds the purchase order and fills in the batch, manufacturing date and expiry date. Attach a photo of damaged goods and capture the receiver's signature: everything lands in the SAP material document.

Reserve material for an order, a project or a cost center without going into MB21. The movement type fixes the account assignment, plant and storage location are proposed from the user, and the reservation is created from the phone with its text and its requirement date.

Output management for reservations
With SiMA, managing your bookings has never been easier. Record partial or total releases by simply selecting the reservation, maintenance or production order. Document all your operations with photographic records, signatures and geolocation to guarantee traceability.
Goods receipt for production orders
Timely registration and no transcription errors in your manufacturing orders. With SiMA you will be able to record incoming goods in real time and on site, eliminating the need for paper records.
Goods issues and receipts for transfer orders
With SiMA, you can record the outgoing goods from the origin plant and the incoming goods at the destination plant, all in real time and without errors. SiMA allows you to validate the quantities sent and received in each warehouse, avoiding discrepancies.

Receive goods by scanning the label
At the dock, copying batch numbers and dates by hand from every box is slow and leaves errors in SAP. With SiMA the operator scans the label from a phone: the purchase order, batch and dates come in on their own, and the photo of damaged boxes and the receiver's signature stay in the same material document.
Reserve material for a cost center
Asking the warehouse for material by phone or email leaves the reservation with no account assignment, no date and no record of what it was for. With SiMA the movement type decides what it is consumed against, plant and storage location are proposed on their own, and the reservation is born with its text and its requirement date.
Issue the material with a signed receipt
The paper slip gets scanned days later, if it does not get lost first. With SiMA the reservation QR is read, the recipient signs on screen and SAP posts the consumption with the acknowledgement attached to the material document itself.
