What is SiPM?
SiPM is Innova's mobility application for maintenance in SAP (PM). Technicians report maintenance orders and create and process maintenance notifications from a mobile device, with photo capture and no paperwork, so information reaches SAP in the moment rather than at the end of the shift.

Create Maintenance Notice
In our SiPM App, you will be able to create your notifications quickly and easily, add photographic records and include the materials required for each task. In addition, when creating your notifications, you will have the option to select the corresponding functional location or equipment, indicate causes and circumstances, and set priorities for each notification.

Notification of maintenance orders
Now any maintenance manager can report on-site and in a timely manner the work performed. You can report hours, component consumption, attach photographic records or acceptance forms. It is also possible to cancel reports in case of errors.
Maintenance order management
With SiPM, you will be able to visualize, release and give technical closure to your maintenance orders, wherever you are, from any mobile device, easily and quickly.
Modify Maintenance Notifications
If you need to correct or add information to your Maintenance Notices, you will only have to identify the corresponding notice using our list of selection fields, which will allow you to find your notices quickly and easily.

Create a malfunction report from your phone
When a pump starts losing lubricant, the technician who sees it is the least able to record it: they are on site, wearing gloves, and the notification ends up being written hours later from memory — or never. SiPM puts the three actions they need on the phone screen: scan the equipment code, classify the malfunction against the real SAP catalog, and attach the photo. The notification reaches SAP from where the malfunction is.

Architecture
The solution has an ABAP component within SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), and two front-end components served securely from our VPC on Amazon web services:
OPTION 1
SaaS Architecture
The easiest and fastest option. From Innova we take care of deploying and serving the front-end component from our private cloud in Amazon Web Services, and you are free of installation, updates and maintenance. Communication via VPN site to site or SAP webdispatcher is required.
Requirements: SAP ECC version 6.0 or higher, up to latest version of SAP S/4HANA. Site to site VPN configuration or SAP Webdispatcher. Possibility of web service publication from SAP ECC.
