What is Innova's Source-to-Pay Suite?

Innova's Source-to-Pay Suite is a set of six applications integrated into SAP covering the full procurement cycle: SiMPL plans demand, SiTRACK tracks requisitions and purchase orders, SiGO handles bids and tenders, SiLI resolves releases with contextual information, SiMA executes goods receipt in the warehouse and SiPRO opens a self-service portal to the supplier. They run on SAP ECC and S/4HANA, deploy in 4 to 8 weeks and charge nothing per user.

The process, step by step

01 · Plan

Planning lives in a spreadsheet somebody refreshes on Mondays. MRP proposes, nobody reviews the proposal, and the shortage surfaces when production stops the line or when the batch expires in the warehouse.

The App

SiMPL

SiMPL brings S&OP, MPS and MRP onto a single SAP screen and flags shortages, over-coverage and expiring batches before they land. Planning stops leaving the ERP.

02 · Request

“Where is my order?” is answered today by opening four transactions and calling procurement. The requester sees nothing and asks by email; procurement spends the morning answering email instead of buying.

The App

SiTRACK

SiTRACK shows the full chain from requisition to payment on a single screen, with the real status of each document and who is holding it up. The requester serves themselves.

03 · Tender

Tenders leave SAP the moment you need three quotes: a spreadsheet to compare, email to request, and a shared folder where nobody knows which version is the good one. There is no trace of why a supplier was chosen.

The App

SiGO

SiGO runs bids and tenders inside SAP: it suggests suppliers, opens sealed envelopes, compares on a single grid and records the award against the originating requisition.

04 · Release

The approver gets a notice with no context: an amount and a document number, no budget, no supplier history, no sense of what happens if they do not sign today. So they sign blind, or leave it for tomorrow.

The App

SiLI

SiLI puts the decision and its context on the same screen, signable from a phone. Releases stop being the bottleneck of the process.

05 · Receive

Goods arrive, get noted on paper and keyed in hours later. In between, system stock and warehouse stock are not the same, and the supplier invoice arrives before the goods receipt.

The App

SiMA

SiMA runs warehouse movements from a mobile device, with barcode scanning, at the moment and the place they happen. The goods receipt is recorded in SAP before the truck leaves.

06 · Pay

The supplier has nowhere to look, so they call. Accounts payable spends the day saying over the phone where an invoice stands, and re-keying PDFs that arrive by email.

The App

SiPRO

SiPRO opens order and invoice lookup to the supplier and lets them upload their own. Invoice capture is AI-assisted and matched against the purchase order.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to deploy all six Apps at once?

No. Each App works on its own and deploys in 4 to 8 weeks. The usual path is to start with the stretch that hurts most — usually tenders or releases — and add the rest later, without redoing what is already installed.

Does it run on SAP ECC or do I need S/4HANA?

It runs on SAP ECC and on S/4HANA, with the single exception of S/4HANA Public Cloud. It is integrated inside your own system: no middleware, no separate database.

How is it licensed?

No per-user cost and no per-company-code cost. The price does not rise because you open the App to more people or add a new company code, which is precisely what holds back supplier-portal adoption.

What about my current Z developments?

The Apps coexist with them. Innova has worked on SAP since 2013 with more than 150 companies, and in migration projects the Z inventory is the first conversation, not the last.
